What this policy covers
This policy applies to our mobile apps Sudoku Splash, RowdyRows, TallyBones and NimbleNines (each an "app") and to this website. When we release a new app, we will add it here before it becomes available.

Information stored on your device
Each app saves your puzzles in progress, scores, points, streaks, statistics, earned items and settings in the app's storage on your device. This information is not sent to us and we cannot access it. It is not linked to your identity.
We do not provide our own sync between devices. Your device's own backup or transfer service may include this information, depending on your device settings. Deleting the app deletes it from your device; copies in your device backups follow your backup settings.
Information we do not collect
We do not require or offer accounts or sign-in. Our apps do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location or health information, and they do not ask for access to your location, contacts, camera, microphone or photos. Our apps contain no advertising, analytics, crash reporting or tracking code, and they do not send information about you or your games to us or to anyone else.
Sharing your results
Some apps let you share a puzzle result. When you tap Share or Copy, the app opens your device's standard share sheet or copies text to your clipboard. You choose where it goes. We do not receive what you share.
App stores
Apple and Google handle downloads and updates of our apps under their own terms and privacy policies. They may give us anonymous, combined statistics, such as install counts and crash reports. These do not identify you.
When you contact us
If you email or call us, for support or about a project, we receive your email address or phone number and whatever you choose to tell us. We use it only to respond and to help with your request. Our email and phone service providers process these messages on our behalf. We keep these messages only as long as needed to help you and for our records, and we will delete them on request.
This website
This website does not use cookies, analytics, advertising or tracking. Its fonts and images are served from our own domain. To play its opening animation only once per visit, the site stores one setting in your browser's session storage; it is erased when you close the tab and is never sent to us. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical information such as IP addresses to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy. Links to other sites are governed by those sites' own policies.
How we share information
We do not sell or share your personal information. Our apps do not share user data with third parties. We use service providers only to host this website and to receive messages you send us, and we disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights, our users or the public. Any third party that receives user data from us must provide the same or equal protection of that data as described in this policy.
Children
Our apps are general audience games and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information about you, to object to or restrict certain uses, and to withdraw consent. Because our apps collect no personal information, the only personal information we normally hold is what you send us when you contact us. To make a request, email [email protected]. Deleting the app removes its game data from your device; copies in device backups follow your backup settings. We will not treat you differently for exercising your rights.
Security and storage
We collect very little information, which is the strongest protection we can offer. Information we do receive is stored with reputable service providers that use industry-standard security. We are based in the United States. Our service providers may process information in other countries.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top. If a future version of an app adds anything that collects or shares data, such as advertising or in-app purchases, we will update this policy, the privacy text inside that app and its store listing before that version is released.
